So its been several months since I'm using these. This kit has everything you need. Very impressed with the price of this great quality product. I max stretched these bands and they did not rip. And for the price they are very cheap. So honestly this is a purchase you won't regret.

Arrived ontime and well packaged , I should have read the description and I’m to blame for that. Not a great product not branded need to use all straps for chest exercises and the bands are not quite long enough for arm curls when I stand on the bands. Pay a little extra next time for a better branded product

I was surprised at the quality of these considering the price! You can’t get one band for £10 normally let alone a whole set. The door attachment works well. Been using it every day, the med & strong ones mainly and they are still good. Probably break now I’ve said it!

This is a very simple concept to allow you train at home. The quality of the product is of a high standard and easy to set up and use. Just make sure that the door you use is lockable because once you put any strain on the bands the door will open (he stated as picked himself off the floor). There is a good range of resistance in the bands ranging from 5lbs up to 25lbs, with a total combination resistance of 75lbs. There is no exercise regime supplied with the product but there are lots that can be sourced online or even use your own initiative to condition your upper body, core and lower body.

Kit is great. Obviously not used yet as just got it today but it looks good. Only complaint is it’s not packaged it comes in its box with picture on. If it had been left like our parcels often are it would’ve been obvious what it was if anyone had looked. It needs plastic cover or something so it’s a boring package. .
