The lot for auction was purchased at the Charlotte County tax auction. I have not been to the lot and know very little about the lot except for the following. The lot is located on Elmhurst Road between Three Rivers Road and Century Road in the Ridge Harbor Shores Subdivision and is zoned residential. The lot is 75 feet wide and streches 217.76 feet front to back including a portion of Elmhurst Road and 37.76 feet of Lot 551 for a total of 16,332 square feet (see attached assessors map). Electricity and telephone are in the subdivision but not to the lot. There are no outstanding taxes on the property, no Association fees or dues, and no maintenance fees of any kind. Taxes are approximately $20.00 per year.
