Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted for "Buy It Now" and "Store Inventory" items only and does not apply to items won in auctions. When it's refused the carrier will return it to us and we can then make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped, a damage claim filed with the carrier, or a refund.
