Paypal is our preferred method and ONLY method. We can only ship to the address that you have in paypal and we can will not ship until payment has cleared paypal. We do NOT accept international payments. Once bidding is closed, an invoice will be sent to your registered Ebay e-mail address. When you receive the invoice. Payment must be made within 3days of auction end. Feedback will be left once you have shown that you are satisfied with the transaction by leaving positive feedback for us. In the case you are not satisfied with the transaction, we will work with you to resolve any issues. If payment is not received and you do not contact us within 3 days of auction end, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. However if you DO contact us within 3 days of auction end and payment is not received, we will work to resolve any and all payment issues. We ship items daily, monday through friday most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. As for our shipping method we use ups or usps depending on the item which you will see uppon check out. We do not ship on saturday, sunday or any major holiday, nor is delivery available on those days. We only ship within the usa no where else no acception and we only ship to the address that you have upon check out in paypal. WE DO NOT TAKE REQUEST VIA EMAIL TO CHANGE ADDRESS 

All items come with a 30 day warranty from the date of shipment against DOA (Dead on Arrival). Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made know to us in writing via e-mail. Please include your eBay user ID in all communication. All defective items will be thoroughly tested for the problem specified by the buyer. At our discretion we will repair or replace or refund. If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement. Once the RMA arrives in our warehouse we will process it within 1-2 business days.
