All About My Babies

 First I wash my baby kits very well to remove factory residue, which allows my paints to adhere for a lifetime. After washing them I start the lengthy genesis paint process, which involves many coats to bring out the realism in my baby’s skin tone, the goal is to create a "true skin" that resembles a real baby.

 When all the painting is complete I finish the fingernails and then tip them with a permanent glaze. The hair is rooted with ultra fine rooting needles and the finest of mohair is used. I also root all eyelashes, none are simply glued on fake lashes.The hair is sealed on the inside of the head with waterproof glues so that when you wet the hair, the hair stays in place.

 Next the baby is assembled. I only use brand new materials including poly pellets, fine glass pellets and poly fill. No sand is ever used. I take perfect care while assembling so you can be rest assured that you will have a quality baby to love and hold. It's very important to me that the doll body I am using is not only in proportion to the baby’s limbs and size, but that the quality of the body is exceptional. Fine stitching and tight seams. Your baby is made to last a lifetime and without a high quality doll body this cannot happen. I fill my babies only with fresh clean poly pellets, ultra fine glass beads and fresh poly fill. I seal the fine glass beads inside the limbs. I never ever use raw sand of any kind in weighting. When I weight their little heads I place the pellets within a nylon stocking as to keep the sound of pellet rattling from occurring. The head will be nice and floppy requiring gentle support like a real baby and the body will be nice and soft and weighted. The finished product will be amazing. The head also turns side to side for dressing and posing.

 I do not install magnets in every baby - but when I do I will provide your baby with a magnetic pacifier and I will put it in the description. If you do not see it in the description your baby will not have a magnet. I do not make alterations on the finished product. Please note that earth magnets can cause serious problems with pacemakers, so use caution if you have a heart condition.

 I pick out my outfits accordingly and find the ones that best suit babies skin tone and coloring. All my items are new I simply removed the tags before dressing. I will include a birth certificate and an ID bracelet as well.
