Shipping Policy

All parts are shipped UPS Small Package unless otherwise noted. One Source Parts has a fixed flat rate for each item. Please see item shipping description for exact pricing. All of our flat rate shipping prices and quoted shipping prices include packaging supplies and insurance.

     Shipping Cost: Flat shipping prices are for the following states: MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, and TN. All other states please CONTACT FOR SPECIFIC SHIPPING QUOTES FOR YOUR CITY, STATE, AND ZIP.

     Shipping Discounts: Shipping discounts will be given to more than one item purchased and that are shipped to the SAME address. Please contact One Source Parts for specifics.

Shipping quotes are only good for 7 days. If payment is not made within 7 days of quote, shipping charges are eligible to change. Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping. We cannot bill your shipping account or use another carrier. Thank you in advance.

     Customer Pickup - NO CHARGE

Terms: Customers can elect to pick up their item at the One Source Parts sales counter. Please allow 24 hours after payment is received to process order for pick up. The ebay auction number and provided stock number must be provided at the time of pick up. A daytime phone number must be also provided to schedule a pick up. If you elected to pick up your item it must be picked up within 5 days of ending auction or will be available for relisting.

Returns Policy

A RELIST fee (when applicable) and RESTOCK fee of 10% of purchase price will be charged for any canceled order. 

In the event that a part arrives damaged and it is OUR fault a replacement will be offered first. If no replacement can be given then a refund will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

 Checkout/Shipping information expected within 3 days of auction close. After 7 days, ANY Unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay AND cancellation and will be relisted on ebay for sale.

Guarantee

One Source Parts gives a 30 day gurantee on all parts. A replacement will be offered first. In the event no replacement can be given then a refund will be issued.
