You are responsible for return shipping charges (including insurance) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. During Nov-Dec returns are extended to 14 days after Christmas.
