    Необходимые продукты:
    500 гр. говядины
    500 гр. свинины
    2 больших луковицы
    соль
    черный молотый перец
    2 яйца
    1 кг. муки
    ----------------------------------------------------
     Neobhodimye produkty:
    500 gr. govyadiny
    500 gr. svininy
    2 bol'shih lukovicy
    sol' po vkusu
    chernyy molotyy perec
    2 yayca
    1 kg. muki


    1. Сначало делаем фарш.
    2. Нарезаем мясо кусочками для мясорубки.
    3. Чистим лук и тоже режем его кусками.

    2. Narezaem myaso kusochkami dlya myasorubki.
    3. Chistim luk i toje rejem ego kuskami.


    4. Перемалываем мясо и лук.

    5. В готовый фарш добавляем соль 1-2 чайные ложки и черный перец.
    6. Перемешиваем и отставляем в сторону.

    5. V gotovyy farsh dobavlyaem sol' 1-2 chaynye lojki i chernyy perec.
    6. Peremeshivaem i otstavlyaem v storonu.


    7. В емкость, где мы будем делать тесто, наливаем воду 300 грамм.

    8. Вбить 2 яйца в воду.
    9. Положить туда же чайную ложку соли.

    10. Добавляем муки сколько влезет.
    11. Замешиваем тесто в комбайне или в миске.

    10. Dobavlyaem muki skol'ko vlezet.
    11. Zameshivaem testo v kombayne ili v miske.


    12. Когда комбайн или ложка не сможет уже месить тесто, вываливаем его на чистый стол посыпаем мукой и продолжаем вымешивать руками.
    13. Должен получиться упругий шар. Как на картинке вверху.

    13. Doljen poluchit'sya uprugiy shar. Kak na kartinke vverhu.


    14. Отрезаем кусок теста размером с женский кулак.
    15. Раскатываем его скалкой.
    16. Надо раскатать не очень тонко - 4 мм толщина - и по форме круга, чтоб тесто накрыло пельменницу.

    16. Nado raskatat' ne ochen' tonko - 4 mm tolschina - i po forme kruga, chtob testo nakrylo pel'mennicu.


    17. Сейчас мы можем вернуться к фаршу, отщипывать от него кусочки размером…эээээээ… с вишню! и вкладываем их в специально предназначенные для этого отверстия.

    18. Когда все ячейки заполнены, накрываем пельменницу вторым раскатанным куском теста.

    19. Посыпаем мукой.
    20. Раскатываем сверху скалкой, чтобы лишнее тесто по краям отвалилось и стали четко выступать контуры пельменей.

    21. Переворачиваем пельменницу и со всей дури, но аккуратненько, стучим по краю стола.

    21. Perevorachivaem pel'mennicu i so vsey duri, no akkuratnen'ko, stuchim po krayu stola.


    22. И они, родненькие, тут же высыпались.
    23. Повторяем процедуру с 14-го пункта, пока есть тесто и фарш.


    Хозяйке на заметку:

    Лишнее тесто, что остается после выбивания пельмений, можно опять пустить на раскатывание коржа.

    Lishnee testo, chto ostaetsya posle vybivaniya pel'meniy, mojno opyat' pustit' na raskatyvanie korja.


    24. Пельмешки бросаем в подсоленный кипяток с парой лавровых листиков и варим 8 минут.
    25. К готовым пельменям добавляем сливочное масло и сметану.


    Хозяйке на заметку:

    Если вы сделали много пельменей, их можно заморозить. Для этого выкладывайте их слоями в морозилку перекладывая фольгой или бумагой и не забудьте посыпать мукой, чтоб они не слиплись.
