This fine quality Italian antique bronze sculpture has been inspected and authenticated by the Official Italian Office of Exportation of Antique Art. We have our antique art professionally packed and shipped from Italy with tracking and signature delivery. Shipping time should be less than a week.

This exquisite sculpture is guaranteed old, original and the quality found in high-end auction houses throughout the world. Most likely it is dated the later part of the 1800's. The original patina has shine and is a rich smooth dark brown. The male is holding his foot. There is a crab on the circular base where he is standing. The base is intentionally uneven to give the appearance of natural ground.  The signature is impressed within the base (please see photo). The detail of the entire piece is excellent.The bronze is in superb aged condition. I do not see any problems, chips, dent,breaks or repairs. 

The sculpture is on top of an antique square thick piece of creamy white marble with gray veining. This attractive antique marble is in very good aged condition with a small chip to one corner. I feel it gives it character but you can turn the marble and move that corner to the back if you want because of the way the bronze is attached. Other than that it is is great shape with no cracks, hairlines or repairs. 

The entire piece measures 38 cm high or about 15 inches and has very heavy weight. I think you will agree it is rare to find this quality.
