Up for sale is this very rare pedal car that is another item from a close family friend's many collections. He has asked me to help him try to thin down his collection of random goodies, save me as a seller because there is alot of great antiques and other stuff to come. He believes that this is a 1938 Plymouth pedal car but is unsure of the maker so i did some research and would say it resembles closer to a Murray or a Steelcraft. This car does need some work and is far from being fully restored but there is a lot here to work with. The pedals are there and they do work and the steering wheel does turn the wheels(all 4 are also there and i believe are all original). It is missing some parts, hood ornament, headlights, etc. but this would make a great project and would be worth a pretty penny when finished. I am starting the bidding out at a very low price and way below what it is worth, please make sure you look at pictures because car will also need a paint job too, but there are no rust holes in the car, just surface rust (car is solid). This car once restored would make a great addition to a collection or game room or just about anywhere. These original pedal cars are getting harder and harder to find so don't miss out on this great opportunity to own a piece of history and to relive your childhood.
