Q: Why is an item priced at $9999.99?
A: Because we do not inventory our items, we rely on our suppliers to keep their inventory up to date. When we are notified that an item is very low or completely
out of stock, we update our price to $9999.99 to prevent someone from paying for it. Once the item is back in stock, the price will return to normal, or if it
is out of stock for good, the item will be removed.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Because we use multiple suppliers, I first need to request an RA (Return Authorization) from the supplier your item originated from.
If you want to return an item, you MUST first message me letting me know. I will coordinate the return with the supplier and forward you
the necessary paperwork.
Q: Your item description does not tell me everything I need to know about the item. Can you give me more information?
A: Unfortunately not. I use the description that I am given by my suppliers. I know nothing more about the items than what is contained in the description.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: I charge sales tax only to a few states that my suppliers are location in. When I ship an item from a supplier within that state, I get charged
sales tax, so naturally I have to pass that tax on to you. Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped to states indicated in the Shipping and Payments tab above.

1. Free shipping for lower 48 states only. I do not ship to AK, HI, APO/FPO or any other US territories. PO Boxes - Many items cannot be shipped to a PO Box, please include a physical street address.Your order can be delayed if a physical address is not provided.

3. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be given once the item is received by the Returns Center. Refunds will be original payment amount less return cost. Any item returned to us with a reason other than damaged or defective on arrival will be charged with a minimum of a 10% restocking/processing fee. You MUST contact me first in order to arrange for a return. I must provide you with the correct return address. If you do not follow this process, items may become lost and you may not be entitled to a refund.
Most shipments require 1-2 business days handling time, plus 2-8 business days shipping time, but in most instances it will be on the faster side, unless your item is very large and/or heavy.
From time to time, items may become temporarily backordered, and some delays are possible, but rare. You will be contacted if this happens. If you do not want to wait a few more days, full refunds will be issued. Because I have so many items for sale, it takes hours to update my inventory to reflect what I have available. As such, a very limited number of my items I may not be able to get. Immediate refunds will be given if this situation arises.
