Up to 5 dead/stuck pixels are agreed with normal monitor.

stuck pixels (hot pixel) are R.G.B dot that can be seen in black color background.
dead pixels are entire black dot that all three of R.G.B pixels are permanently off.
So dead pixels are always black dot in white and other background color.

Dark(gray) dots are not counted for perfect pixel standard.
Dark(gray) dots are different from stuck(bright,hot) pixel and dead pixels.

Yellow tint issues are regarded as normal.
Small light bleeding in black background is also regarded as normal.

  • Only for PC monitor (one DVI-D port)
  • By-Pass model (No Ad board in monitor - Monitor use graphic card resource)
  • Up 5 dead pixels are normal. These are not the reason of return or compensate. (LG A- Level Pannel)
  • PC graphic board should surport DVI-D(Dual link DVI)
  • On-board graphic card can not support QHD.
  • PC graphic card should surport QHD(2560x1440)

    Default AC adapter is Welltronics FREE VOLT (110~240V 50/60Hz)
    US, Canada buyer will receive free voltage adapter.
    Other country buyers will receive 190~240V adapter.
    If your country voltage is 90~120V, let me know before payment
  • France, Russia, Australia, United Kingdom buyer will receive 220V AC adapter.
  • actually 190~240V 50/60hz adapter.
    and 190~240V country buyer also receive above power adapter.

Important notice for Safe usage 
  • DVI output is 2560x1440 resolution, DVI-dual link port required from the Graphic card and DVI-D cable. 
  • Some of 2 x DVI port graphic card is 1x DVI-D and 1x DVI-Single port. 
  • DVI-single can support 1920x1080 resolutions. 

Onboard graphics and APU chipset is not compatible.  

Laptop or laptop with docking station and Macbook series does not recommended for this kind of By-pass (DVI output only) model. In this case, I suggest you use RGB, HDMI, DVI port monitor, QH270-IPSMS or WECUBE ST2770W 

Do NOT use with HDMI2DP converter. 

As P67 Chipset mainboard may show Booting skip error, and also the screen may not work out properly.
