• Except where an item is indicated to be "Brand New - OEM" or "New Old Stock" ("NOS"), all parts that we sell are used. These parts have been taken from motorcycles which we have purchased and disassembled for salvage. We endeavour to describe parts clearly and accurately, but please do not be disappointed when an item described as "decent" or "usable" is not show quality. If you ever believe an item which you have purchased from us may have been misrepresented or misdescribed in any way (hey, we're human and we miss things, too), please contact us right away, and we will make it right. If you have questions, please ask before bidding.
• If we make a mistake, your part arrives damaged, or if the incorrect part is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund. If you change your mind (or purchase the wrong part), returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Items described as "Right" or "Left" refer to how it would appear as you are sitting on the bike
• We are a licensed salvage yard (we dismantle approximately 50 bikes per month) and have Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN numbers) for all parts that we sell.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure server and PayPal personal payments via email. Items will be shipped within 2-3 days of funds receipt (usually same day).
• All items not paid for within 10 days are subject to being re-sold
• Sales tax of 6.50% will be added to all items shipped within the state of Ohio or picked up at our retail store
• All items will be shipped UPS/Airborne Express. Shipping & Handling is specified for all items sold on Ebay, and includes insurance. This shipping charge is NOT VALID for International Orders, Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us via email and we will let you know what your shipping costs are.
• All our used parts are marked with a Cycle Therapy control number. This number is written with a standard paint marker and is easily removed with carb cleaner, paint thinner or something similar.
