ShoeSteal offers FREE Standard Ground Shipping, for each pair of shoes, within the continental U.S.
ShoeSteal ships Monday through Friday only (excluding national and federal holidays) to addresses in the U.S. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
When your order is shipped, we will email the tracking information to you which provides detailed information so you know when to expect your order. You can click the tracking link in your email as often as you wish to view real-time shipment updates.
Returns:
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to complete a return. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
- Click Return Label (PDF) for a printable version of the return shipping label and return form.
- Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box.
- On the return shipping label, write your order number, if known. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. ShoeSteal is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
- Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Worn shoes are not returnable. Most returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement. We’ll keep you informed with a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

With such low prices, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available at all times. For that reason, we do not make exchanges. Our shipping provider does not deliver for ShoeSteal on Saturdays, Sundays or on national and federal holidays. ShoeSteal ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to U.S. addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
- I made a return. How long will it take to process?
- Most returns are processed within 10 business days once we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement. We’ll keep you informed with a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
- The color or size I need doesn’t show up in the drop-down menu or under description. Can I place a back order?
- Because these shoes are such a steal of a deal, you’ve got to move fast. Unfortunately, we can’t offer back orders.
- I need to know when a certain style, size or color is available. Can you contact me?
- We update our inventory to reflect all new and newly-restocked items several times each day so just check our store listings again to see if what you are looking for is available. We cannot contact customers when new inventory becomes available.
- Do you ship outside the U.S.?
- No, we ship only to U.S. addresses at this time. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Can I bid on a shoe?
