Shipping:

We ship mainly USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  Delivery for both services is 3-5 Business Days depending on location and postal service work schedules.  Item is in stock and shipping from our store.  Shipments are  processed the same business day or the next day after the order.  Shipments are made Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST.  Contact us if a faster shipping method is needed.

FREE shipping, when offered, only applies to the 48 contiguous States.

We only ship to the US.  No Exceptions.

We can only ship to your verified eBay/PayPal address listed on the order.  I'm sorry but there are No Exceptions.

Email:

Please make sure your email address is correct in eBay. We always email our customers with acknowledgement of receipt of payment, shipping date and tracking numbers. Quite often our emails are not received by the customer either because of spam blockers or outdated eBay information.

Prior Sale:

We make every effort to keep the inventory listed on ebay accurate.  However, it is not real time inventory and may vary.  We will notify you in the event of a backorder to see how you wish to proceed.

Returns:

It is our desire for you to be completely happy with your purchase.  We accept returns under the following conditions: 

New, unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus our cost of shipping/packaging.  Opened/installed/used returns can not be accepted. Please contact us for a RMA and return instructions.

Items that are shipped incorrectly can be exchanged for the correct item.  Contact us for a RMA, return shipping information and instructions.  Return must be unopened and unused to be accepted.

Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer under their prespective policies and warranty. Please contact us for assistance if needed.  We can not accept warranty returns as we're not an authorized repair center. 

Refused,undeliverable, returns without a RMA or cancelled orders that have been processed will be charged a 20% restocking fee ($10 min.) and actual shipping charges if the item was shipped.

Taxes:

North Carolina Sales tax of (6.75%) is charged for all sales within North Carolina.
