"Premium" Ash Flooring $5.95 per sq. ft.
Our flooring is not pre-milled and ready to ship like the Big Box Stores. Because of the nature of our product, we mill each flooring order individually and in this way are able to provide the finest quality to each customer. As a result, there is generally about a 6 week lead time to fill any order.
Upon receiving order:
Please immediately inspect your order. If an obvious discrepancy in quantity is detected or there is visible damage to the flooring, please mark your findings on the delivery ticket before signing it and giving it back to the driver. If, in your assessment, the damage by the carrier is so significant that a successful installation may be jeopardized, please call immediately as we may want you to refuse the shipment.
Once we've received your confirmation for the order, payment arrangements will be made.
For custom orders such as reclaimed flooring and paneling, or custom cut reclaimed lumber, wood beams, and barn wood, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for the milling process to begin. Once a shipping date has been established, the remaining balance, including the freight cost will be due.
Whether a deposit is required or not, final payment, including shipping is due prior to shipping your order. We accept personal or business checks, wire-transfers, Visa, Master Card, and Pay-Pal.
In the event you are not satisfied with a Three Rivers Timber Co. product, the following rules apply in determining return options.
If, at the time of shipment, a product is materially different from that described on a signed proposal or applicable specification sheet and we are notified within 5 days, Three Rivers Timber Co. will, at its option:
- Replace the non-conforming product
- Refund the purchase price of the product that does not conform to specification sheets or proposal documentation
Products deemed to be non-conforming with specification sheets or proposal documents must be returned to Three Rivers Timber Co. prior to a refund or replacement of the products. Customer is responsible for freight costs for returning items
Products cannot be returned more than 7 days after receiving shipment. Products that have been processed or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Product returns must be handled by the customer to whom Three Rivers Timber Co. sold the products. We have no contractual relationship with or obligation to parties other than those with whom it has entered into a direct agreement by means of a signed proposal.
If you believe there is an issue with a non-conforming product materially different from the specifications set forth in the proposal or specification pages, you must notify Three Rivers Timber Co. within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Three Rivers Timber Co.'s liability is limited to the replacement of the product. We accept no other liability or responsibility for rejected and/or defective products
All pricing is per square foot. Orders must be placed in lots of 300 square feet or more. All flooring is milled to ¾” thick with square ends and a tongue and groove unless otherwise requested. The Heart Pine flooring is ¾” x 4 to 5 ½” wide (PACKAGED SEPERATLY) x 2’ to 8’ random lengths (MOST IS 6’ TO 7’).
All orders over 5 ½” is considered “custom” and is special order. Because this material is most often cut from beams a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
The shipping quote provided is only an estimate. The actual cost depends upon how much flooring is being ordered and where it is being delivered. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
