We offer many different product condition options to fit each customers individuals needs. Please take into consideration this is used exercise equipment and we assemble, inspect and sanitize each machine before it leaves our warehouse. Since each customer’s expectations of what used equipment is supposed to look like/perform vary, we strongly recommend contacting us to help pick the “quality category” machine that best fits your needs. Used equipment is priced at least 50% off the retail price and we use the below chart to determine specific details when marketing the product. DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND PICK UP INFORMATION
· Please allow 5-20 business days for shipping from the date of cleared payment.
· PLEASE INDICATE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS at the time of your order and kindly supply your phone number, shipping address and if you have a loading dock when submitting payment. We will need to contact you to make delivery arrangements. Failure to supply a phone number can result in delayed shipping.
· All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that merchandise returned as a result of
“REFUSED SHIPMENT” will not be refunded. A restocking fee, shipper storage fee may apply as well.
· All deliveries are handled by subcontractors and EZ Fitness is not responsible for any damages resulting from such services. Any damage to the product(s) must be noted on the bill of lading or claims will be denied. The buyer assumes full responsibility if nothing is noted.
Local Delivery
· Available to parts of ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA
· Merchandise usually ships within 5-15 business days once payment has been verified and cleared.
· Local delivery will include a 1 man curbside/garage door drop off. An in home, 2 man delivery is available to limited areas for an additional fee. Please see the chart below for details.
· Any costs not collected prior to delivery will be collected in the form of cash only at the time of delivery. No checks please.

Freight Shipping
· Available to all states* including but not limited to those states found in LOCAL SHIPMENTS and all of North America. *some restrictions in apply in certain states.
· You may use your own freight carrier if you wish. Weight, Dimensions and Zip Code can be found in product description. We have a loading dock for pick up. There will be a non-refundable $35 charge for packaging each piece if you arrange your own carrier. . Pick up orders must be PREARRANGED before product is released to your carrier and coordinated in advance. If you’d like to use your own shipper, we are not liable for any damages or delivery issues once the product leaves our possession.
· In order to save $ on shipping costs, there is a slight chance merchandise may show up partially disassembled.
· Most freight shipments will arrive in a large tractor trailer truck with a lift gate. All quoted freight shipments will be curbside drop-offs. White Glove delivery may be available for a fee. Please inquire for details.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for a fee. Cargo quotes are the least expensive, will take 4-6 weeks and will be shipped to your closest port. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements to pick up the item from the port. We also can quote air freight which will arrive much more quickly and can be brought to your door. The cost to do so varies. The buyer is responsible for any custom, taxes duty fees etc. Due to a flaw in the ebay shipping calculator, we have marked the price of international shipping at $0. THIS IS NOT FREE SHIPPING! Please email us for a quote. Typically shipping will range between $350 to $17500 for a single item depending on where it is going, type of transport, dimensions and transport time.
Pick Ups
· All pickups will require an appointment based upon our operational hours (EST). Please email us for details.
· Cash payments will only be accepted at the time of pick up. No checks please when picking product up. If paid by Pay Pal or check. Products will not be released until payment clears.
· Please be prepared to bring a suitable vehicle for transporting your machine. Remember, most pieces of exercise equipment weigh over 250lbs and are very heavy and cumbersome. Most exercise equipment is meant to be transported right side up. A truck, cargo van or box truck is recommended depending on the type of machine(s) being picked up.
· We will be happy to help you load the machine into your vehicle at no charge. If you require disassembly at the time of pick up, there will be a $25 charge paid in cash. Any reassembly needing to be done by the customer will result in the loss of warranty.
· We are not liable for any damage to the machine or customer(s) injury resulting from customer pick up/transport.
· We will require you to test your product prior to accepting it. If the buyer opts to pick up, you must test your product prior to leaving our building. Failure to do so will void your warranty.
Sales Tax
· All CT sales are subject to a CT state sales tax of 6%. Any pickups from our CT warehouse and deliveries to CT residences will be charged 6% sales tax.
