After receipt of payment, we require 2-6 weeks to recondition your equipment, depending on the equipment piece and reconditioning process. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment.
If executing this agreement on behalf of a corporation, general, or limited partnership, or any other legal entity, I declare that i am fully authorized to do so on its behalf.
In the event the seller must commence an action to recover any sums due this invoice, it is agreed that such action can be brought in the courts of Nassau County, State of New York. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suits.
LEASING
Lease purchase orders will be accepted on a case by case basis. Approved leasing companies must submit a purchase order and a 50% deposit to start your order. Verbal acceptance of your equipment must occur within 24 hours of delivery. The leasing company must pay the balance of the lease in full within 48 hours of receipt of equipment. Failure to do so constitutes refusal of equipment and repossession will occur within 5 days at the customer?s expense.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the weight of the unit and your shipping address.
After receipt of payment, we require 2-6 weeks to remanufacture your equipment, depending on the equipment piece and remanufacturing process. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment.
