Same day shipping in most circumstances. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday should be processed and shipped on Monday.
 
Free shipping is only applicable to the Continental United States. Domestic shipments traveling within the Continental United States will be shipped through UPS. The majority of orders are shipped out of our warehouse located in Connecticut. Therefore transit times will be as follows:

* Midwest (3-4  business days)
* West (5 business days)
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday

Customers in AK, HI, PR, GU, APO, and AE will get their orders shipped via:

Although not likely, transit times can vary when this occurs.

International shipping will be provided by the United States Postal Service on most occasions. For locations outside of the United States and Canada, the only shipping method we offer is Priority Mail International . UPS Standard is applicable to items being shipped to CANADA only. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
