Our company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee that the item you may purchase (or have purchased) is in fact the item described in this listing; as such it is in the cosmetic and functional condition that is described. If the item purchased arrives and is not as described, please contact us to arrange for said item's return for an exchange or refund. In this event we ask that you arrange for the item's return shipping with the same care (i.e. tracking service & insured packaging) we afforded to ship it to you. We will offer a full refund if necessary, and cover the cost of return shipping.
If the item was purchased in error, or if you need to return the item for any reason (other than the item's condition being misrepresented); we have three requirements that will have to be met. Firstly, a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted to cover our eBay and warehousing expenses. Second, we ask that you reimburse our eBay store for the Final Value Fee that eBay charges us for each sale we make. Lastly, we ask that you arrange for the item's return shipping with the same care (i.e. tracking service & insured packaging) we afforded to ship it to you; you will be required to cover all expenses for return shipping.
Please note that we try our best to insure and incorporate suitable packaging for all items that we ship out, with as little cost to you as possible. (We also always try to ship via a courier/parcel service that offers package tracking.) So if you were to receive an item that was damaged during transit, we cannot be held accountable for the damage incurred upon the item. If such an instance should occur, please understand that we will do our best to rectify the situation that has been presented. In most cases the insurance provided for the package will cover the cost of the item, and the shipping company would offer a refund for their services. However, should you opt to ship the item via a service that does not offer insurance (or you choose not to afford the cost of insurance for your package), you will be held accountable for any damage incurred to your item. Similarly, should you choose to ship your item via a service that does not offer tracking, and your package is lost during transit, you will forfeit any expenses incurred from the transaction. In such an instance, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your item.
