Pricing
All eBay pricing is accurate and current for eBay listings. The prices on eBay may differ from pricing on our website due to different operating costs. If you purchase on eBay we will not provide any refunds should there be a retail price difference compared to that of our website.

Payments
All prices are in $USD. We accept PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. For credit card payments please call us.
We allow seven business days for you to complete your payment. After seven days we will file a non-payer-bidder-alert with eBay. If payment is received after seven days we cannot guarantee that your item will still be available.

Shipping
All shipping prices are listed above in our eBay listings. We don't boost shipping costs as our goal is to sell you our excellent products at an affordable price not having to make profits on shipping. Instead of masking shipping costs within our product pricing, we prefer to give you the actual shipping costs. We do ship out of our two warehouse locations which gives us the ability to provide all our customers with better shipping rates which therefore explains are extraordinary eBay seller rating. Please understand that shipping costs that leave from Canada are normally higher than those offered within the United States of America. When rating us on shipping please take this into consideration.

Canadian Shipments
We ship via Canada Post or FedEx which normally ships the same day or the following business day.

USA Shipments
We normally ship via FedEx Ground which normally ships the same day or the following business day. For smaller items we try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible since FedEx has a minimum charge of $15 which therefore doesn't make sense to ship a small item that fits inside a bubble mailer for that price so we would therefore use a different service that gets our items to USPS via a courier which then requires an additional 48 hours for the item to actually ship out of the United States. Again we do this to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for small items and affordable as possible to all customers.

International Shipments
We only ship via FEDEX Economy for security reasons. Unfortunately due to the poor tracking system provided by Canada Post or USPS for International shipments we only use FedEx to protect us against chargeback's done by International Buyers via PayPal. Once again FEDEX Economy only.

Sales Tax
For Canadian Residents applicable sales tax applies, depending on your province of stay this might be the GST, GST and PST or HST.
For USA Residents there's no sales tax.
For International there's no sales tax.

For International Customers, custom duties, local taxes, VAT may apply please check with your local government about any fees they may charge with you import foreign goods.

Returns
We allow returns 14 days after receipt of your product. If something should go wrong we strongly encourage you to contact us with your concerns or problem and we will do everything to try and fix the situation for you.

We will accept your return under the following conditions outlined below:
Product significantly not as described i.e. wrong color, wrong part sent, product imperfection. In such case we will send you the correct part or replacement part and cover shipping costs both ways.

Should you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong part; we will replace it with the correct part however you must pay shipping both ways.

For all other reasons such as "I changed my mind", "My car got stolen", I wrecked my car" those are just examples but again any other reason your return is subject to a 10% restocking fee, the 10% is calculated on the product price only, shipping fees are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ship item back to us. The 10% restocking fee is to cover our costs of operation such as inventory stocking costs, labour costs and all other services involved in getting our product to your door.

There are no cash refunds; the only cash refund we will provide you with is if at the time of replacement we are out of stock.

Returns that are not accepted
Any product that has been tampered with or modified in any way.

Any product that has been installed cannot be returned.

No returns accepted for installed Exhaust Systems and Parts. We cannot accept any returns on exhaust systems if they have been installed, there's no exception to this rule unless it falls in one of the reasons described above i.e. defective, wrong part, non-fitment. We try our best to describe exhaust sound however sound is subjective. Some exhausts we sell have sound clips for your reference some don't.

How to proceed with a return?
For any return you must first contact us by e-mail for authorization. Any returns that have not been authorized by us will simply be refused when the courier or postal service attempts to deliver the item. Once authorized we will send you additional details on how to proceed with the return.

Warranty policy for all products sold by Maxspeed - Motorsports with the exception of our NHP Exhaust Product line
All Maxspeed - Motorsports products are offered with a warranty against manufacturers defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Should service be required under warranty Maxspeed - Motorsports will inspect the defective part. Following the inspection we will repair or replace it with a new part if a repair is not possible. If replacement is necessary and the part is discontinued we will offer you a credit of equal value towards another product of your choice.
Shipping to us is your responsibility and we therefore do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.

Warranty policy for NHP Exhaust Products |
All NHP Exhaust products include a 3-Year Warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturers defect such as welds, piping structure, flanges, catalytic cartridge. Any product that has been tampered with or modified will void the warranty. Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.

Important Notice, it is your responsibility to keep your proof of purchase for a warranty claim. We will need a proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Maxspeed - Motorsports is based out of Laval, Quebec, Canada. Laval is a suburb of our major urban center "Montreal, Canada". Owned and operated by Nello Tropiano. We've been in operation since the year 2000. We've first started as a very small company selling accessories for many different cars up until 2004 where we then became financially stable which gave us the capabilities to do what we do best, to develop and sell parts and accessories for high end vehicles such as Porsche. We have also developed our own line of exhausts known as the NHP Exhaust line. 80% of our exhaust parts sold by Maxspeed - Motorsports are designed & developed by NHP Exhaust and sold under the NHP Exhaust brand. We invest a high percentage of our capital into parts development on our fleet of high end vehicles which gives us the edge over the competition by having the vehicles on hand. Our countless hours of research, development and financial investment ensures us that the end user will get a high quality product.
