The device is easy to use, and it's comfortable to the ear. The reason I rated only two stars is for the talk time and the sound quality. The talk time is only three hours, and unless you are alone in a fairly guiet area you cannot hear through the earpiece.

I bought this product for use when driving. It fits comfortably in my ear and doesn't fall out. I had tried to use the ear hook but it chafed too much. No matter, it fits securely in the ear without it! I like the fact that I can speak commands such as "answer" when I want to connect to an incoming call. I can also tap the button on the headset's outside but it is simply easier to screw it into my ear as I say "answer." The sound quality is good to very good. People on the other end do not report problems with hearing me due to sound quality issues. I wish it was better in the convertible while driving with the top down but I guess that is an unrealistic wish!
