Shipping to Australia
We deliver shipments to Australian provinces within 2-15 business days from the date your order is shipped. Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed, this DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. Please note, remote areas of Australia may not qualify for delivery.
Payments are due within 7 days. If you are purchasing more than one item we would prefer if you would make one payment for your entire order. Once you have finished shopping in our eBay store, go to the first item you bought with us on eBay and click on the "pay now" option. It will take you to the eBay checkout page where all your items are on one invoice.
GENERAL PRODUCT RETURNS
Costumes may only be returned, if they are unworn and in new condition with original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt. Please contact us for instructions on how to print a prepaid label for your return shipment. Using this fast and easy tool ensures that your return package is properly tracked and delivery receipt is confirmed. When you use our pre-paid UPS shipping label, the return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the value of your returned item(s) when we process your credit.
You may also choose your own shipping method to send us your Product Returns. However, we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method that includes the ability to track your order. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Return.
All costs associated with shipping Product Returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned.
The following accessories may only be returned if in unopened and in factory sealed packages: (including, but not limited to) make-up, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other artificial hair item, teeth, undergarments including stockings, noses, CDs and video tapes. These products are NOT returnable if the package or box/bag is not factory sealed.
Returning Shoes: All shoes that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unused and in new condition.
Special Order Items and all Mascot Costumes are not returnable.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Please note, for all orders shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states, you may still return your order to us for credit, but you are responsible for all shipping charges. When returning your item, we STRONGLY suggest that you use a method of shipping that includes tracking. If there is an error or the items you received were damaged, please give us a call so that we may correct the situation immediately.
Please note, if you are missing any items from your order or you did not receive the correct accessories/products with your order, simply give us a call and a customer care specialist will correct the issue immediately.
1. Do you offer Combined Shipping Discounts?
YES! Please send payment after you have finished shopping. Your combined shipping discount will automatically in your eBay shopping cart at checkout.
2. Can Costume SuperCenter ship to a different address than my PayPal or credit card billing address?
YES! During checkout you will have the option to enter a different shipping address. Please make sure the shipping address is accurate. Please enter your alternate shipping address in the proper fields – please do not enter an alternate shipping address as a ‘comment to seller’ with your payment.
3. I’ve just realized PayPal / eBay has my old address and I just placed an order – can you change my address?
No. Unfortunately we cannot. Once payment is complete a shipping label is automatically generated to the name and address provided with your payment.
4. I usually wear a certain dress size. How do I know the corresponding size for this item?
Dress size can vary a lot between different brands so the size you normally wear may not correspond to the size of the item you are buying. Generally you should refer to the manufacturer's size chart for every one of our items. If available, always refer to the actual measurements stated within the listing description.
5. How long do I have to pay for my items?
We kindly request that all payment are made immediately unless you are planning to purchase multiple items. eBay will automatically file an unpaid item dispute if payment is not received within 7 days.
6. I live near Edison, New Jersey. May I pick up my order at your warehouse?
YES! Just call our customer service team at 877-368-6688 to finalize your bill including local taxes and a pick-up time.
7. What's the difference between Paypal E-checks and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-checks require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-check. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank's checking account to complete the transaction. Any payments made from your checking account through Paypal is an E-check.
8. I live in the U.S. and I have not received my order yet. What’s the next step?
Please check your tracking number. If it says that your item has been delivered then you need to call your post office to see if they are holding a package for you. Sometimes they attempt a delivery when you're not home and they forget to leave a note in your mail box for you to pick it up. If the tracking indicates it was delivered by FedEx or UPS, please call the appropriate company to find out if they misplaced your package.
9. I live in Australia – how long does delivery usually take?
Shipments to Australia usually take between 8 and 14 business days pending any customs delays. Delivery to rural areas can take a bit longer to arrive. Our freight forwarding company will turn your package over to Australia post for delivery of the package to its final destination.
