Baby SuperMall accepts returns of unused merchandise when the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and is accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number and all of its original packaging, parts, instructions, and accessories. We will not accept any dirty, washed, or used items, or items that are not otherwise in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled or modified.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For any items with free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.
