I list in all my ads the handling time which can vary from 1 to 3 BUSINESS days; however items are shipped as quickly as I can and normally go out the next day after purchase and cleared payment. Any shipments during Weekends, Holiday Weekends, and Weekday Holidays will impact delivery times which I have no control over since those are typically US Postal Service days off.

Tracking Numbers for Shipping

Tracking Numbers - I only ship U.S. packages with tracking numbers, but I can’t control the US Postal Service or UPS. International packages do not have the tracking option currently. Sometimes packages get lost in transit, and if that happens I will work to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. I will make every effort to please my customers and deal with any situation as it comes up.

COMMUNICATION

Returns - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can discuss the issue. Returns are for full money if the item is in the original state sent, unused and in the original box or however the item was originally shipped to you unless the item is handcrafted and did not come in an original box. Returns are not given because you have changed your mind nor because you have buyer's remorse after the purchase.

Body jewelry, make-up, and intimate apparel are not returnable items. There are health concerns and issues that make returning one of these items not possible. Please refer to the refund policy.

Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can discuss the issue. If there is a product defect, either a replacement item will be sent out free of charge or a refund will be issued immediately, which ever you prefer. Returns or refunds that are acceptable are for the full money back of the item, not for the shipping charges paid to ship the item to you.
