Back 9 Golf Shop Club Condition Guide
Each club is carefully examined to determine it's condition and then graded and put into the it's proper category. As you know everyone has their own option on the condition of a golf club. What we take into consideration when making our decision is the head, paint, shaft, grip and head cover if included. Then we look at the overall appearance and condition and then grade it accordingly. Just because there could be some light scratches or small chipping in the paint or signs of normal use on the face and sole doesn't automatically down grade it's condition if the rest of the club looks great. We take great pride in our grading system and you will find that when your club arrives it's been properly graded.
Brand New:
This club is still in the original packing or it's been opened but not used.
Like New Condition:
This club has seen a few golf balls but still appears to look almost new with slight if any signs of use. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover, if included, all look excellent.
Very Good Condition:
This club is used and does have normal signs of use on the face and sole. It could have some chipping and scratches or scuffing in the paint but still looks very good and has been well taken care of. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover, if included, still look very good.
Good Condition:
This club is used and has seen many golf balls but is still in good condition. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover all show normal signs of use to include chipping, scuffing, scratching, pop up's and other cosmetic imperfections. They have not been abused and do not have any major damage like dents or other damage that would affect it's play. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover, if included, all look good. This is still a good value for the money and for the buyer not looking to spend a lot of money.

Returns will be excepted up to 7 days after receiving your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer to pay all return shipping and insurance. We will not except returns if the club has been used so we have placed a sticker on the face of the club and if it's removed or tampered with the club may not be returned. Returns are subject to inspection to assure the club is in the same condition as it was when it shipped. If buyer fails to pay for insurance and club arrives damaged no refund will be given.
If your club arrives damaged please contact us using the EBay mail system so that we can contact the postal service to make a claim and arrangements with you to return the club for a full refund including shipping. This can be done by using email or we will be happy to call you.
