You can always rely on Pillsbury when it comes to baking up new ideas. I have had this book since it first came out and have used it a number of times. I have my favorites, which seem to range in the more "sweet" category than the savory.The "Cheese-Topped Pumpkin Muffins will appear around our holidays(everyone loves the cream cheese!), but others like the Orange-Macadamia Nut Muffins and the Peach Streusel Muffins are year round offerings. There are also some delicious scone, bread and brunch cake recipes, like the Salsa Bread Ole, Scottish Scones and Blueberry-Poppy Seed Brunch Cake. If that wasn't enough to keep you going then you'll find a chapter on spreads and butters in the back to put you muffins/scones and breads over the top.
