We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just send an e-mail to us in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days thru email. Returned products must be in their original package.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few days.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please email us to us on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 24 business hours of being ordered.
- For defective item (part), we are willing to replace the item (part) with no charge.
- All defective or non-defective item, customer has to claim within 30 days of receipt of the package.
