I have taken the prescription version of this pill in 2000 and I have to say it's no difference. This is not a magic pill that will just make you a supermodel over night you do have to help it help you, I weighed 303 lbs in 2000 I dropped about 20 lbs in the first 2 weeks of taking the prescription one's then I lost my insurance and I figured I can do this on my own now I weigh 165 lbs, I ordered this pill to help maintain my weight and energy and let me tell you it's better than the prescription one's I love the energy I have now to want to get up now and feel I can get through the day, it does help with stress and you just want to move that's were your weight loss comes in at, I also started running when I use to just walk a few miles now I can't sit down lol... I wanted to give it time to write an honest opinion. So today will be a full month of me taking the product, I like to be completely thorough when leaving a review so people can have a better idea of what they are getting into. So some people claim they get 'jitters' from pills like these because of the caffeine, but I have never experienced this from any form of diet pill, I may just have a higher tolerance for caffeine? But I even doubled, the dose a couple times and had no ill effects. These made me feel REALLY good, I called them my 'pep pills', haha! It would give me the boost I needed to go do a workout, or go for a walk, and it just made me FEEL better... I snacked so much less when I was taking them regularly... I have to admit I kept forgetting in the beginning, but once I got on track, I started doing really well. If you are a sensitive person you may have some ill effects from these pills... but I can honestly say that I had 0. I freaking LOVE these pills!!! I have been looking for a new diet pill ever since hydroxycut had to change their original formula maaaany years ago... it was the only diet pill that I felt actually worked for me, that I could FEEL it working, ya know?
