How to order:

2. Pay with PayPal.

3. Send your design or image along with name and eBay ID,  to casemesales@gmail.com and tell us how you would like the image, e.g. portrait or landscape.

You can also contact us beforehand and we can show you how it will look before you purchase please email casemesales@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Note: Recommended image size should be at least 1000 x 750 pixels for optimum image quality, lower image size will be accepted but design may not be crisp and sharp.
Your image will be cropped to fit on the case template. If it is a wide image it may have to be landscape format.

4. We will enhance and place your design on the mobile phone template and send you a draft of the finished back case design.

5. Sample of the finished design is subjected for your approval and if you choose to change the image you can do so.

Shipping Details

All orders are posted within 48 hours (two business days) by First Class post, within the UK. European and other destinations orders are sent by Air Mail. UK orders very often arrive the next day, however, please allow for the following delivery times:

United Kingdom: 2 - 3 days
Europe: 5 - 7 days (But please allow up to 14 - 21 days due to customs)
Worldwide: 5 - 7 days (But please allow up to 14 - 21 days due to customs)

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return anything unopened and unused within this time for a refund. Please contact us beforehand so that we know to expect the goods back.

We will also refund the postage cost for returning if the reason for return is OUR fault. If you are unhappy with the item for no fault from us then we will have to deduct P&P.
