Up for Auction  is a Complete, Penn Foster Catering Course (minus the certification).  I have completed the class, gained all kinds of knowledge, and no longer in need of this AWESOME course and information so I am passing it on to you.  This auction includes The Professional Chef book.  This book  retails for $70.00 alone! Talk about some valuable information.  This book is FILLED with 1215 pp. of Catering/Culinary and eveything a Professional Chef would want to know!   The book is 8th edition, by The Culinary Institute of America

Each Study Guide contains pages of info with a test at the end of every book.  Sometimes the books will tell you to go to The Professional Chef book and read certain chapters, and find the info.  All of the tests are "Open Book" which makes it easier to learn and pass the test at the end of the books.  Most books have markings and sometimes answers that I responded to (mostly written in pencil) that can be erased easily. 

Other Info:   I paid over $800.00 for this course at the time of purchase.  This is a great opportunity to grab this for way less than what I have invested.  Anyone interested in starting your own catering businessrestaurant business or any food related jobs or even a stay at home mom that just likes to cook, or throw parties and enhance your skills to impress your friends and family!!!
