This is a pre owned item.

This drone was test flown in our store and it works.
There is a crack in the plastic X frame that can not be seen
in the pictures, it is zip tied and works fine.
There is also a crack in the plastic panel under the
electronics, it does not affect its performance. It can be
seen in the close up photo of the bottom. Other than that
everything looks like it is in good shape. This is a pre owned
item so there is a possibility of hidden damage or change from
original set up but I don't think there is anything else.
This does not come with a controller. It is controlled using
a iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, this is not the 2.0 model.
The FPV video is displayed on the controller.
This model has the EPP protective round frame.

This auction comes with what is shown in the pictures.
Included is the battery and battery charger. There are no
instructions included in the auction.

Shipping

Items that are sold as “Brand New” are under manufacturer warranties. Pre-owned items are sold as is with no warranty. 

U.S. Shipping

For Domestic sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Priority Mail,or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up. Please note that these services do not provide tracking information. They can however, provide a confirmation of delivery. 

Large items being shipped to PR, HI and AK will be charged extra. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding/purchase.

Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses

Items delivered to P.O. Boxes weighing Four (4) Pounds or more will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

International Shipping

For International sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Express Mail with tracking. We are not allowed to collect Tariffs, Duties and Custom Fees so please consult your own government for these fees.

Return Policy

No returns on pre owned items. 

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of Delivery. Item(s) Must Be Unopened and in original packaging.  Due to manufacturer's policy, Warrantied or Defective Items Must Be Returned Directly to Manufacturers. You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning an item to us.

We do not accept returns on opened items or any pre-owned auction items. Pre-owned items are sold as is. What you see is what you get.

Additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges shall be provided by the buyer.

For returns or exchanges, please read the following:

1) Item must be unopened
2) Request RMA number by sending us a message through the ebay messaging system by going to the contact seller link. 

Also please include in the body of the email the following:

• Name as it appears on your Ebay account.
• Ebay item number of  your purchase
• Address on your Ebay account.
• Email Address
• Reason for return or exchange

3) Upon approval we will send you an email with your RMA number.
4) When you are ready to send the package back please include a copy of the email with the RMA number..
