How long will it take to create this item?

These are printed onsite, once we have your request your item will be created and shipped that same day, orders received after 2PM est will be shipped the following day.

How do I tell you what I want?

When you submit your payment via paypal there is a box marked 'note to seller' - please include your request in this box, if you miss it not to worry just shoot us a message using eBays messaging system.

What information do you need from me?

You will need to tell us the pattern you want, the color combination you want and the name/initial or slogan you want.

Can I order multiples of the same item for a special occasion?

Of course!  Please email us for details and an invoice, we do offer special prices for quantities of 5 or more and yes you can mix and match between the personalized items. As long as there are 5 pieces we can offer a special. 

What exactly is this made out of?

This is your standard thick pen, they come in a gift box and matching ribbon.

Why are there no returns?

Due to the personalization we can not allow returns even if you have a common name.  You may be able to return an initial but please respect our terms.  Please be sure you really want this item and be sure you spell the name you want correctly. Proofs can be sent upon request.
