I bought this phone to replace an earlier model Panasonic multiline set. It was 20 years old. It's only problem was that the number 8 on the keypad wore out (all the extensions start with 8). This KX-TS4100B and several others I have purchased will replace all the stations on my phone system. I like the display and the fact that it does not include caller ID. I have other systems for that. The only thing I miss is auto redial of busy numbers when using speakerphone and redial. Other than that I am completely satisfied especially since I remember paying 150 1988 dollars for each of the old units. Got multilines and multiple stations? These phone give you your own PBX and still fit your budget.
I have been doing phone work for 30 years, and I find Panasonic products to be user friendly . These 4 line phones are rather easy to install and very easy to set up and use. For small business they are a inexpensive alternative to a phone system, with a lot of the features of a system.
Tired of wireless interference? dead batteries? Work from home? Nothing beats a quality wired phone. Speaker phone with mute buttons and a headset jack. This phone is very flexible for home owner, small business, or anyone wanting to cary on a conversation with out the quirks of celluar or wireless from their home or office.
Great phone for the office, lots of functions, easy to use, spanish option. price excellent, almost free.
Good not expensive toy for small office. Works good about 3 months. Ease to setup. Clear user manual. Made installation by myself using standard ($1.99)wires and connectors. I spent $450 for the 8 phone system and saved about $1000 compare to the estimated price from the 3rd party phone installation company. will recomend to other.
