Draw
Freely
A
vector graphics editor, with capabilities similar to Illustrator,
Freehand, CorelDraw, or Xara X using the W3C standard
Scalable
Vector Graphics (SVG) file format. Supported SVG features include
shapes, paths, text, markers, clones, alpha blending, transforms,
gradients, patterns, and grouping. The software also supports
meta-data, node editing, layers, complex path operations, bitmap
tracing, text-on-path, flowed text, direct XML editing, and more. It
imports formats such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and others and exports PNG as

Delivery
We
pride ourselves on quick and efficient dispatch and shipping. All items
are shipped the next working day. We use Royal Mail for all our
deliveries and they are sent to your allocated PayPal postal address.
We are UK based so UK orders usually arrive between 4 to 7 working days
and international orders usually arrive between 14 to 21 working days.

Do you offer customer support?
Yes
we offer full customer support for all our products. Please contact us

respond to all e-mails within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you
do not receive a response after this time please resend your message as
occasionally messages are not always received first time. There is also

What is the condition of your
item? Will I receive a sealed product?
All
of our products are Brand New. They are shipped in protective mailer
and produced and printed to a high standard. The mailers are then
sealed and shipped out. The actual CD-ROM is not sealed but they are
Brand New and have never been used.
Do you offer postage or shipping
discounts?
Shipping
and postage is free to all UK customers so this does not apply. For our
international customers outside the UK we can offer discounts so please
contact us after you have ordered and we will send you a combined

Do you have refund policy?

You are required to pay for the cost of returning the item. It is

My CD-ROM is showing as blank.
What should I do?
All
of our discs are electronically verified so they are unlikely to be
blank. Windows based computers CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drivers over time and
usage can become corrupted or out of date. This can cause discs to show
as blank even if they are not. Please make sure you download the latest
drivers for your disc drive or use the fixes that Windows offer at
their website. It is also possible to reinstall your drivers quickly
and easily without the need of any installation discs. Please contact
for help and support and we will gladly guide you through this process
or offer you an alternative way to deliver the software to you. We
offer full customer support so please contact use before leaving
feedback so that we can help you.
My item is not working correctly.
What should I do?
In
