For the BEST eBay experience, I highly recommend that you read & follow eBay's guidelines:
"When buying an item, be sure to read the information in each section carefully. It's important to understand the seller's description of the item, their shipping terms, refund and return policies, and other terms and conditions before you bid or commit to buy the item. The second part of the listing shows tabs that provide the details you need to make an informed buying choice.
Description tab: This tab shows the listing details include item specifics and a description, plus any other information the seller has provided about their policies or items. Read the item description and take a look at any additional photographs. Some sellers also include shipping, payment, return policies, and more in this section.
Shipping and payments tab: This tab shows the payment details including the payment method and how you're protected on eBay. Read this section carefully for information on shipping and handling, the seller's return policy, and payment details. The shipping and handling section tells you where the seller will ship to, shipping discounts, choice of shipping methods, and estimated delivery time. You can also find details about the seller's return policy including when the item needs to be returned by and how refunds are given.
If you have any questions about the listing, click the Ask a question link. If you're not happy with the item, please contact the seller to discuss it. It’s often a simple misunderstanding that the seller will be happy to correct."
If you have a problem after the transaction, please do not use negative feedback as a complaint form. Opening an "Item I received is not as described" complaint, or dispute case with eBay before contacting me first and allowing me to help resolve the problem is not recommended by eBay (or me) and doing so will only delay the resolution process. This is because I will not receive any notification regarding your feedback, so I will likely be unaware of your problem and it may go unaddressed and unresolved.
Likewise posting negative or low seller ratings will not help to resolve a problem and will likely delay any resolution as well - Please contact me and explain any problems to me and give me a chance to make things right in a fair and reasonable way before you do anything else. Please have patience - sometimes problems can take a little time to resolve, especially with regard to shipping/tracking issues.
