If you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt, together with the Delivery Advice slip that you received with your order, or a note with your name, eBay user ID and PayPal transaction number. Please also briefly state the reason for returning the item. If you are returning an item that you believe to be faulty, please include a brief description of the fault. We cannot process your return unless all of this information is included.
Please note that provided you comply with our Returns Policy terms & conditions there is no need to contact us beforehand if you wish to return an item.

Provided that the above conditions are adhered to, and the item is received in clean, unworn condition in the original packaging a refund will be issued. If the item is returned to us within 12 days of receipt, a refund of the product cost and our original P&P charges will be issued (EU resident customers only). If the item is returned to us within 13-30 working days of receipt (or at any time up to 30 days after product receipt for non-EU resident customers), the product cost only will be refunded.
We are aware that the product packaging sometimes gets damaged in transit; we will still provide a refund in these circumstances. If an order consists of multiple items and less than the full order is returned, only the postage components paid for the returned items will be refunded.
If the terms of our returns policy are complied with, the refund will be made to your PayPal account, or by whatever method of payment you used, within 10 working days of receipt. No refund will be provided if the returned item is in worn, marked or soiled condition, or the item is returned after the period specified above.
Return postage costs must be met by the buyer. However, if you are returning the item as faulty, and it is verified by us as such, we will refund return postage costs up to the price of Royal Mail second class postage or, for international buyers, the cheapest delivery method available. If you choose to pay for more expensive carriage of faulty items, this is at your own cost.
If a faulty item is received by us we will, at our discretion, either provide an identical replacement item or a full refund for the sales cost.
Due to the increased administration involved, we do not provide size exchanges. If you have ordered an incorrect size, please return the item to us as above for a refund, and purchase an alternative size through eBay in the usual manner.
Returns are dealt with on a first come first served basis within 10 working days of receipt. Hence we request that you please wait 12 working days after posting before contacting us to enquire about the status of your return.
