This auction is for our personal timeshare.... which is all paid for free and clear.   We are selling it simply because we never get to use it!  We have used it 3 times in the last 14 years!!  It is a great unit at Polo Towers... the units have been completely renovated a couple years ago with new tile floors and granite countertops, all new appliances, flat screen LCD TV's, etc...   Well maintained.  Although Polo Towers is right on the "STRIP" there is no Casino in POLO TOWERS so it's very relaxing to come home to.  PLUS, it has a cool roof top pool thats been empty every time I've used it!

DEEDED WEEK is Week 21 of each year.  This years vacation is May 25-May 31.  Maintenance Fees/Taxes are $1189.00/year.  2012 Maintenance Fees/Taxes ARE PAID!  So the winning bidder will be ready to make flight plans as soon as the auction ends and winning bid is paid.  You can reseve and use the designated week (21) in every given year, or you can let the week float and book any week in the year with 60 days notice.

This unit is also an up-graded unit: 2 bedroom lock off... meaning you can either have the FULL 2-BEDROOM FOR ONE WEEK or you can split your week (the full 2 bedroom) into two stays, 4 days/3 days or 5days/ 2 days.  You also have the flexibility to "bank" or roll over your week into the next year and have 2WEEKS of the two bedroom unit the following year.  So long as your annual maintenance fees are paid (Jan. of each year) the flexibility of YOUR own week is available to you.... just inform Polo Towers of your desires.   

This timeshare belongs to the Diamond Resorts....  Diamond Resorts also has a program (Interval International) that allows you to trade your week at Polo Towers with one of their many other 5STAR resorts if that is something you desire.  Once your name is transferred to the deed you will lots of traveling options.
