These are UNOPENED in the exact packaging as shipped from Plantronics. Beware of purchasing this product from sellers offering mixed sizes as a single unit. Plantronics does not sell this product in mixed sizes. Unless they are in the original factory packaging (sealed), you have no way to know if they are new or used!

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship the same business day on all orders paid before 1PM Central Time (CDT). All other orders will be shipped out on the following business day. Business days are defined are Monday - Friday excluding US national holidays. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

A physical address is required on every order unless the shipping method of the listing specifies USPS. All commercial addresses require the name of the business as part of the shipping address. A day time phone number is required for all orders. The phone number will ONLY be used if there is a problem delivering your order by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc).

Please make sure that your address on eBay and PayPal is correct. Please also make sure that your phone number and email address is correct on eBay and PayPal. We could have to contact you to make sure that you address is correct or if additional information is required to process your order. Sometimes the carrier may find that that your address is incorrectly written as well.

We will validate all shipping addresses using data from USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other sources. In the event that your address can not be validated, we will contact you to verify that address. This is done to prevent shipping delays when the carrier is unable to delivery to the address. If the order is shipping to a business address, please be sure to include the name of the business and suite number (if applicable).

Please contact us if you have any questions of need an update on the status of your order. We would much rather you follow up with us than have to wonder about your order. We normally ship every order right away but there could be cases where there is a problem with your payment, an address problem, or delivery problem. We might have been trying to contact you about the issue without success. Keeping your contact information correct on eBay will help to avoid delays in these cases.

Please be aware that although we do not require signatures for delivery on items under $250 (PayPal requirement), the carrier could require a signature for delivery. This is normally left to the digression of the driver and is beyond the control of the shipper. The most common example is when the delivery is to an apartment building and the driver is not comfortable leaving the package outside of you door.

Damage/Claims Policy

Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Mafia Buys customer service within seven days from receipt of shipment. Please be sure to have the carrier make a note of the damages to the packaging. Mafia Buys will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.

To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged products, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Mafia Buys. For assistance, please contact Mafia Buys customer service .

Return/Exchange Policy

We cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective. We expect customers to do their homework before purchasing to make verify compatibility. Defective products can be returned for a refund or exchange for twenty one days after the sale. We can only accept returns during this time period with the original packaging and all accessories. As an added value service for our customers, we will also replace defective products for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. We will handle submitting the warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. The manufacturer will ship out the replacement product directly to you. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Unopened products may also be returned for a refund for twenty one days after the sale. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact us to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. Be sure to let us know what the problem is that you are having with the product. We may have a few simple trouble shooting steps for you to get the product working without having to send it back.

If you receive an opened (factory seal broken on delivery) or incorrect product you may be return it within seven days of delivery. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost. Mafia Buys will pay for the return shipping of the opened or incorrect product.
