This is the famous Soft Harness by PUPPIA !!! AND NOW IT HAS AN ADJUSTABLE CHEST & NECK!!! This harness is called a "soft collar". It is made of air-mesh (polyester) and has a soft neck for a comfortable fit. It's GREAT for those pullers and was specifically designed to be easy on the neck since the dog's weight is distributed throughout the harness! Your pup will love it!!! Size Chart is below.
