We will not waste money trying to hide our bad feedback from you, it happens, things get lost or damaged, or arrive late, but most of the time everything works out just fine! And when there are problems, we do go out of our way to fix them! Most bad feedbacks occur because people just don't give us a chance to fix the problem. But we will not hide this from you, something is just not right about a 100% positive feedback rating, we know it, and now you do too ;-)

Payments must be received within 10 days of the close of an auction unless specific arrangements have otherwise been made. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their payment has been received; We cannot be held accountable for lost payments sent by mail, emails, payments or electronic payments sent to the wrong email address. Please use ebay checkout and pay with paypal for fastest shipping. We prefer Paypal payments or you may call in for questions at 973-300-BIKE. It is best to use ebay checkout even if you are calling with Credit Card info, this allows us to keep track of who has paid for their bid.
Auctions not paid for within 14 days are subject to re-listing and product availability may no longer be assured. If a payment is received more than 14 days past the purchase date (auction end, buy-it-now date, etc.) and the item is no longer available,(most items are usually still available but...) we may substitute another item of equal, similiar or greater value in its place. ALL non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and bad feedback will be posted. We are forced to leave ebay strikes for non paying bidders since it is the only way we can get our money back from ebay... Insurance is an option on most items.
We are not accountable for any customs or import duties, taxes, fees or charges. It is the customers responsibilty to know the importing regulations of their particular country and parrish. We reserve the right to combine multiple purchases into a single order (shipment or package) at our discretion.

What is your policy for Freight Damage, Returns or Exchanges?
We go to great lengths to insure your product is packaged properly. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit and you paid for insurance, you have several options:
1- If package is damaged in transit, your best option is to refuse the package as damaged and it will be returned to sender.
2- Please contact us via e-mail and notify us of the damage. When we receive the item back and upon inspection, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is needed right away, you may pay for the item again, and we will give you a credit when the damaged item is returned and inspected.
3- If you are not home when the item is delivered, and it is damaged, please save all original package materials and label and contact the shipper and us within 3 days. Give the package to the shipping company and have it returned to the sender.The original shipping label covers shipping to you and if damaged, back to us, as long as it is reported within 5 days.
Please note we do not reimburse for return shipping costs. Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 21 days brand new in their original box with all parts and instruction manuals etc. All parts bags must remain sealed, you may look at the item, but we cannot take it back if it is used. Shoes and Clothing items are not returnable. Shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and RETURN ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM BY E-MAILING non-damaged items returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to you at your expense...

Can I get it in time?? Whenever possible we will ship from the closest warehouse to your location. (See maps below) If the item is not available at that warehouse, we will immediately ship from the next closest warehouse. Check the maps below, add one day for processing, and remember, weekends, holidays and after 3pm eastern does not count!
