We prefer PayPal. With PayPal, payment clears almost immediately, allowing us to ship your item as quickly as possible. That's why you really should only use PayPal for eBay purchases!

Payment Timeline & Unpaid Item Disputes
Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction may be cancelled. If your non-payment goes beyond 4 days, our system is set to automatically file unpaid item disputes in order to open channels of communication between us (the seller) and you (the buyer). Please don't be offended, as this is a way to facilitate communication and bring closure to an already unsettled transaction. Please try not to let it get to this point, and keep us informed of any unexpected situations that arise. We will work with you.

Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States
Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States only. We use several different carriers and will ship your item the most economical method based on your address

NO Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii & US Protectorates
It cost more to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and special US areas such as, but not limited to, Guam and Puerto Rico. As a matter of fact, in some instances various product in our inventory simply cannot be shipped to these locations. Because of that, we do not offer shipping to these areas.

Processing Time
It takes three business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Please plan ahead!

We Do Not Accept Returns
We describe all our items with complete honesty and integrity, providing actual product photos and a clear description of the item offered for sale. All of the items we sell are brand new, straight off the shelf of large retail stores. While we do stand behind our product, we simply cannot afford to accept buyers remorse returns.

WHY?
Unlike other sellers, we sell overstock items from large, nation-wide retail stores. This allows us to sell items at a much larger discount. Many sellers simply send their customer returns back to the manufacturer. Because we sell overstock product, we don't have the liberty to do that. Because of this, we do not accept any returns.
