How long until my order ships? We know you want your gear ASAP so we work hard to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 2pm Pacific Time during a business day it's likely to ship the same day. If you order is place after 2pm PT you can expect it to ship the following business day. When shipping this item international we use USPS First Class International. This service delivers to most countries in 10-14 days, but can take longer depending on your country and time of the year.

A USPS delivery confirmation number will be provided upon shipment, however this does not offer real time tracking. If you require faster delivery with tracking, please contact us for on how to upgrade to Priority or Express.

International shipping fees do not include any taxes or customs duties. We do our best to help our international customers with such things, please message us for details.

Tracking Number and Order Status: If your shipping method offers tracking, as most do, we will email your tracking number as soon as the item ships.

Exchanges

In order to make an exchange you will need to contact us and obtain an RMA number via the contact seller link. In order to obtain an RMA for an exchange you must contact us within 60 days of your purchase date.

Returns

Rules on Exchanges and Returns

RMA numbers are required for all exchanges and returns. Any item that arrives without a RMA number will be refused. You have 30 days from your purchase date to request an RMA for a return and 60 days for an exchange. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after being issued.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping costs associated with any exchange or return. The only exception to this rule is if the exchange is due a mistake on the part of Speed Addict Cycles.

Speed Addict Cycles is not responsible if the item being exchanged or returned is lost or damaged during shipping. Any item that arrives damaged becomes the property of the customer and you may be charged for return shipping. As such we recommend taking care when packaging your item and purchasing shipping insurance. Never ship an item back in the manufactures packaging, always use an over-box.
