SquareTrade © AP6.0  Vintage OSBORNE Tack Hammer, Leathercraft Tool 5 3/4 Inch Head.  Handle has some splits (mainly a 3 inch crack near the head), but is still tight to the head.  Total length is 10 3/3 inches.  Small end of the hammer part of the head is 1/2 inch in diameter.  SCARCE OSBORNE.   Great for small tacking jobs in various kinds of work.
