Warranty

·         This item has a 30 day warranty that begins after the date of arrival.

·         ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

·         Please be aware that approximately 3-5% of used items can be defective for reasons beyond our control. Electronics are sensitive and can easily be damaged.

·         BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING ON ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM, RETURN OR EXCHANGE. NO EXEPTIONS.

·         If for some reason you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to receive and RMA number and you will be given instructions on how to return your item.

·         We welcome your questions, but you are expected to do your own research in regard to the compatibility and/or software/driver requirements for any item you are considering purchasing. We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues. In most cases, all information that we have available is included in the description of the auction.

Returns

• If you have an item that you need to return, please contact us within 7 days of arrival to receive an RMA number. You will be given full instructions on how to return your item for an exchange or refund.
• If you return a defective part that is found to be in working condition or would like to return an item for any reason other than DOA (dead on arrival) or a mistake made on our part, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Please note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or if you fail to contact us within the 7 day notification period.

Payment: We Accept Paypal and Credit Cards. All buyers must contact us at the end of the auction if invoice trough ebay has not been received. Payments must be cleared no later than 7 days after the auction ends. NO feedback will be left to buyers who do not make their payment within this time period.

Shipping: We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving a cleared payment. Buyer pays shipping/handling. We ship USPS or UPS, our choice. Shipping Does not include Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska (Please Ask before purchasing. Most often then not it will be the same price)

International:  Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pick up) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to bidding or buying to determine what the additional cost will be. Most of our items are ready to ship out international but if this is not the case, please ask and we will immediately fix this for you.
