Warranty and Guarantee
We will not take any returns for any reason on AS-IS or used items. If an item is New, Factory Sealed and has a Manufacturer's Warranty, you must go through the manufacturer for any problems or returns. Products can not be returned for reasons other than defectiveness. We can re-send your items when we receive the defective item. All cancellations are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges of returned units. Shipping & Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items that are sold are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). Items that are sold AS-IS or used are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.

Shipping and Payment
Most orders ship within 24-72 business hours.
We accept payments through Paypal.
Insurance is not offered for our shipments, our standard shipping and warranty policies already cover the classical concepts. We store the delivery confirmation numbers for every package we ship, and if USPS delivery records don’t show that the item is delivered in 20 days after shipment, we consider it a lost item, and we either refund your payment or ship a second item if available. We work faster than any insurance company! If USPS Database is showing that the package has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for possibly lost packages. If you receive the item as damaged, our warranty policy already covers the loss. In this case, please contact us to get an RMA number for replacement. On the other hand, USPS Shipments rarely take longer than expected, and in that case, we do not want you to get stuck with the purchase you made, and offer full refund including s/h if the shipment takes more than 8 days, upon returning back the product without opening its package.
