- We are not responsible for any duty fees or taxes when shipping to Canada.
- Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item leaves our warehouse, when applicable.

- Please read carefully before making your purchase. By buying from us you agree that you have read and understood all of our policies and items condition.
- We are happy to help you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of product receipt provided that all original packaging and accessories are intact.
- Buyer is solely responsible to confirm the compatibility of the purchased item with their service provider. Please be careful to verify that the phones frequency [band] will be compatible with your network.
- As a buyer, you must be responsible in ascertaining if these cell phones make and model will work under your service plan, for your service provider, and in your service location.
- We accept returns for DOA (Dead On Arrival) or if the item is not as described.
- Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason.
- Once we receive the phone we will ship out a replacement phone.
- We offer a 30 day return policy on all items we sell.
- You must get an RMA number before returning any product.
- The RMA number must be on the outside of the box. Otherwise we will be forced to refuse the shipment.
- Returns must be initiated buy the buyer within seven days from when item is received, and must be shipped back for Refund or Exchange within fifteen days from when RMA has been issued.
- Items must be returned in the original retail box (where applicable), and in the same condition it was received in.
- Buyer is responsible to set up the phone and the phones functions, including but not limited to, the web browser. We are not responsible for activation problems.
- Being that we unlock the phones the box will not be sealed. It will still will be a brand new phone unless otherwise specified.
- Some of the phones we carry are imported items. In those few circumstance the phone will come with an adapter to charge it in the US. With imported items the phone will come without a manufactures US warranty.
- It is our policy to automatically leave positive feedback after your payment.
