This is one 1" by 1-ply Eye x Eye 6 ft long nylon strap.

Q. I plan on buying multiple items from your store, can I combine shipping to save cost?
A. Yes, we can combine shipping to help save on shipping cost. Simply click Buy-It-Now, and request to have an invoice sent to you with combined shipping. Then you will be able to finalize your payment in PayPal. If you finalize your payment in PayPal before you ask for an invoice for combined shipping, you will be subjected to fees to refund you back the difference for shipping.

Q. Do we ship internationally? 
A. Yes we do ship worldwide to about every country.  Just make sure you input the right information into the right fields when ordering. USPS international shipping will include a handling fee, which is determined by location.
 
Q. How long does USPS international take to be delivered?
A. International Priority mail usually takes 6-10 business days, upon receiving tracking number. First class mail depends on the destination of the package.
 
Q. What are cut-off times for getting an order out same day?
A. If you need an order to be shipped out same day, please send us a message before you place your order. USPS orders must be placed before 11:00 A.M. PST if you want same day shipping (excluding some hose assemblies). UPS orders must be placed before 12:00 P.M. PST if you want same day shipping (excluding some hose assemblies).
 
Q. How long will USPS shipping take (US)?
A. Depending on what you ordered, but in most cases 2-3 days shipping since we ship flat rate priority mail. If you order required first class mail service, in most cases 5-7 days.
 
Q. How long does it take to process orders?
A. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process most orders. Custom hose assemblies take about an extra business day to process.

Please allow 1-2 business days to ship items. Shipping time varies do to how long it takes your order to clear paypal. Most all small items ship in Priority Mail, large items UPS or Freight Truck.
Please note that for your order to qualify for combined shipping all items must be purchased at the same time and ship together. Please place your order for all your items and before going to PayPal we will calculate the best shipping method to save you money and send you an invoice.

Industrial Supply offers a 14 day return policy after date of purchase subject to Industrial Supply’s rules. If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon receipt Industrial Supply will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the total value of the item. If an item is ordered incorrectly or if the customer has changed there mind about an order then the buyer will be subject a restock fee. A restock fee will be determined based on the sellable condition of the returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in original package and in sellable condition. Items returned after 14 days cannot be honored for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges back to Industrial Supply. Industrial Supply will issue a refund for authorized returned merchandise only. To receive a RMA please call (360)734-6330.
