I purchased this book because we had to do care plans for patients, as 1 year nursing student, I needed clarification. Its great!!! My instructor who is a Physician and a Nurse Practitioner highly recommended this book.

Great Buy, great & helpful book
This has been a lifesaver. I have received an "A" on each care plan I have written using this book. It's not the only book you'll need, your textbook is still needed for rationales because they are not great in this one, but totally worth having. The nursing actions save so much time & I use the cd with this book several times a week. Great purchase!

Nursing Care Planning
I like that this book is arranged by disease and it includes psycosocial diagnoses and dietary considerations for each physiological nursing diagnoses. It may not have a lot of interventions but that is okay because it gives you the basics to build a wonderful, INDIVIDUALIZED care plan for my patients.
