Challenge them to hook the plunger onto the elastic band.
Tell them, that if they can't do it say within 30 seconds, then they buy you a drink, if they can, then you will buy them two drinks, three, four, five as many as you like.
Don't worry you won't be buying! Remember, only demonstrate it once. It looks so easy you will have them queuing to have a go and get their free drinks (dream on)
One of my customers told me that after an hour in the pub, he had more drinks put behind the bar than he could drink in one night. So he put a £10 note on the table and asked someone to put a £1 coin on the top, then said that if they could do it within 30 seconds they could take all of the money, if they couldn't then they had to forfeit their £1 coin. He said he had a brilliant night!
